Healthytica analyses health information you provide to generate preventive, non-diagnostic insights. It is not a medical device, does not provide a medical diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Automated extraction and rule-based interpretation can be incomplete or incorrect. Always consult a qualified clinician before making health decisions.

You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Healthytica. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• upload data you do not have the right to share;
• upload another person’s health information without their consent;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You retain ownership of the reports and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your content at any time.

Any risk indicators, trends, or recommendations are informational and for preventive purposes only. They may not fit your individual context and must not be relied upon as medical advice. Healthytica is not liable for decisions made in reliance on its output.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthytica and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
